Frankton Flats North

This project involves recently re-zoned land and its position providing a  connection between the existing residential area of Quail Rise and commercial development on the Frankton Flats. WIlliams&Co. are providing master planning and urban design services along with preparation of resource consent and subdivision requirements for the development. Illustrative of the multidisciplinary nature of Williams&Co. this development is also part of government infrastructure funding adding another dimension and consideration to matters being addressed by Williams&Co.
