Williams&Co. assist the Clarks with the initial subdivision of the property including engagement of various consultants and preparation of the resource consent application. Following successfully obtaining consent approval on a non-notified basis Williams&Co have assisted the Clarks with consent approval of the dwelling on the newly created lot and completion of works to obtain new certificates of title.
